Personalized Off-Ice Programs

Custom off-ice training plans designed to build hockey strength, speed, and conditioning — wherever you train. Programs are tailored to age, level, equipment access, and goals, with flexibility to suit your schedule. Choose from 4- or 6-week plans, with or without weights, and select 1–5 training days per week.

How It Works:

1.   Tell Me About You — Fill out a quick form with your training goals, season status, preferences, availability, and any special considerations.

 

2.   Get Your Custom Plan — I’ll build a program designed just for you or your athlete.

 

3.   Train Your Way — Follow your plan anytime, anywhere, at your own pace, with optional check-ins for feedback and adjustments.

Detailed Package Descriptions

Option 1 – Bi-Weekly Hybrid

  • 1 one-on-one session every two weeks

Option 2 – Weekly Hybrid

  • 1 one-on-one session per week
  • 1–2 independent workouts per week to reinforce skills and stay consistent
  • Program updates and progression throughout the summer to ensure steady improvement
  • Ideal for athletes who want consistent development and accountability

Option 3 – High-Support Hybrid

  • 2 in-person sessions per week for hands-on coaching and efficient skill development
  • 1-2 independent workout per week to maximize strength and performance
  • More coaching support and faster progression tailored to your athlete
  • Ideal for athletes committed to maximizing their performance and results
