Personalized Off-Ice Programs
Custom off-ice training plans designed to build hockey strength, speed, and conditioning — wherever you train. Programs are tailored to age, level, equipment access, and goals, with flexibility to suit your schedule. Choose from 4- or 6-week plans, with or without weights, and select 1–5 training days per week.
How It Works:
1. Tell Me About You — Fill out a quick form with your training goals, season status, preferences, availability, and any special considerations.
2. Get Your Custom Plan — I’ll build a program designed just for you or your athlete.
3. Train Your Way — Follow your plan anytime, anywhere, at your own pace, with optional check-ins for feedback and adjustments.

What Happens Next?
Once you hit submit, I’ll review your information and create a program tailored to your needs. I’ll reach out within a few days to share your plan and make sure everything is perfect for your goals, schedule, and equipment. Then it’s time to get moving — your training journey starts!
